Sometime known as Once Upon a Chance, the artist explored in this work, the complex apparently chaotic but fundamentally ordered mechanism of growth based on an elementary branching system. Metaphorical, it was developed by a process of autonomous and iterating expansion. On arriving at a complex visual synthesis of emotional and intellectual content, it evokes the idea of pathways, leafy canopies colours and patterns associated with gardens of pleasure where one might sit or wonder throughout, contemplating the seasons and the immense ages of time.
